1, decide which membership package works best for you

2, review our MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT and CODE OF ETHICS

3, gather the following information (* required);

1. *Your state commission number or ID
2. *Notary business contact information
3. *The name of your county and cities for LOCATION LINKS
4. Your URL (if you have one) for reciprocal links

AND decide HOW you want to apply (click on or call the option you want to use)

1. TELEPHONE ORDER - have your credit card ready and call our Order Desk 530-295-0503 M-F 9AM-5PM Pacific Time.  Your personal notary information and credit card information will be taken over the phone, so there is nothing to mail or fax.
2. ONLINE SECURE SERVER for credit card payments 24/7 - go to https://usmna.ticketleap.com/ where you can enter all your information and keep you credit card information secure and private.  Once on the secure server site go to "JOIN USMNA" then click “View Details” button and complete on-line application.  With this Secure Server option there is nothing to mail or fax. 
3. CHECK – Complete the Application Form and mail it along with a check to:  USMNA, 3342 Stope Dr., Placerville, CA  95667
