This certificate is available to all persons who successfully complete "How To Be A Successful Certified Mobile Notary Public" correspondence course and says that the named has completed the course.  There is a fee of $29 which includes shipping and handling.  This beautiful certificate is shipped in a parchment style holder suitable for framing.  Actual Certificate may vary from sample shown in wording, design and colors.
