search where you will find select whether to search for CMNPs by CITY, COUNTY and/or LANGUAGE.
Search the community, county and surrounding areas for a CMNP. If you are unable to locate a CMNP in your area,
email us at support@usmna.net and we will check our new members or see if an
out of area CMNP can service your area.
NO Hidden Costs! CMNPs tell you in advance
exactly what they charge, travel included.
Frankly, if you can travel during normal
business hours to your nearby bank or mail box service, they probably have a notary who
can do the work for less. If not, call us.

Each CMNP determines their fees in a manner consistent with their cost experience and
analysis to insure a fair return to the CMNP for their work performed and good value to
the client for the service received. To get a speedy quote on any provided service,
contact your local CMNP directly.

NO, CMNP™ doesn't have anything to do with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. A
Certified Mobile Notary Public (CMNP)® is the designation
awarded to duly commissioned mobile Notaries Public who qualify for and have been
accepted for membership in the U.S. Mobile Notary Association. To
qualify for the designation, the Notary Public must;
- be willing to travel to the client's homes or office to notarize documents.
- adhere to the USMNA Code of Ethics .
- be currently commissioned (licensed) and in good standing with the
appropriate state governing authority.
- have a valid assurance bond sufficient to meet current state
regulations, if any.
- be of good character.

qualifications listed above in What is a CMNP? and will adhere to the
USMNA Code of Ethics, we invite you to join us. For

Can my "business" name be listed
as a USMNA member?
USMNA will list your current business name on your web page, but only a duly
commissioned individual Notary Public can join USMNA and earn the CMNP
designation.
